Long Description
----------------
The InContext(TM) Work Environment Manager improves your personal
productivity by helping you organize, manage, and execute the work
you do on your computer. InContext organizes your computer around
your work habits, rather than the other way around.
On top of a unique, object-oriented DOS shell, InContext provides
well-integrated task planning and calendar management. It provides
extremely powerful and rapid techniques for moving among directories,
selecting files, and encapsulating and launching applications. InCon-
text derives a great deal of power from the smooth integration of
these various aspects of computer-based work.
InContext is easy to use with mouse and/or keyboard. Its basic
capabilities are readily useable by novices, but it provides a level
of control and sophistication that will please the expert.
InContext includes an extensive hypertext-based help system and on-
line tutorial. ASP shareware.
Intended User
-------------
InContext will be beneficial especially to three kinds of user:
o Moderately or highly experienced users who use their com-
puters for multiple purposes or applications.
o Relatively inexperienced users who want a single work en-
vironment which will provide basic capabilities, but will
"grow" as they learn more about PCs and DOS.
o Experienced personnel who wish to set up computer-based work
environments for other users, regardless of the experience
level of those users. The users may be family members, office
colleagues, clients of consultants, or users of PCs supported
by an MIS department. Under these circumstances, InContext
provides much more power and flexibility than other ap-
plicable approaches.

Preferred File Names for BBSs, Disk Collections
-----------------------------------------------
For consistency, and to help users locate the files, please use the
following filenames.
If the programs and documentation are in separate archive files,
please use the following names (both must be posted):
Describe.DOC -4- Mar 1991
InContext Version 1.00 Product Description
INCX100D.ZIP InContext Work Environment Manager v1.00 Documents
INCX100P.ZIP InContext Work Environment Manager v1.00 Programs
If the programs and documentation are contained in a single ar-
chive file, please use the following name:
INCXT100.ZIP InContext Work Environment Manager v1.00
If the package is compressed using some other file compression
method, then please use the indicated filename prefixes with
appropriate extensions (PAK, ARC, LZH, etc.).
Special Packaging Requirement
-----------------------------
InContext is packaged in a somewhat unusual way. Even if the package
comes in ZIP archive form, it contains the LHA archive/compression
program (version 2.11), and several LHA archive files (filename
extension "LZH"). This is done because InContext uses LHA at run
time, and accesses some materials directly from these archives. LHA
may not be removed from this package, except by special permission.
